Business or Collaboration Data (for B2B users):

Company name, contact person, business email, and campaign interest or collaboration preferences

Analytics & Tracking Data:

Cookies and analytics identifiers used to understand site usage and performance

Data Sources Disclosure

RacketAlpha collects and displays publicly available data from social media platforms, primarily Instagram, through official APIs or permitted scraping tools that comply with platform terms of service.

• Only public influencer profiles and their associated content (posts, captions, engagement metrics, and bios) are processed.
• We do not access or store any private data, messages, or non-public profile information.
• This data is used solely to generate insights, trends, and engagement analytics for informational or B2B collaboration purposes.
• Influencers who wish to opt out of being listed or request data removal may contact hello@racketalpha.com, and their profile will be excluded from future displays.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the website's functionality and influencer insights
• Display stories, recent posts, and engagement metrics from influencers
• Enable brand users to identify and connect with potential collaborators

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We share data only as necessary to operate RacketAlpha:

• Supabase: Hosting & Database Provider to store user, influencer, and analytics data
• Instagram Graph API: Access publicly available influencer data (subject to Instagram's terms and user settings)
• Analytics Tools (e.g., PostHog): Track and analyze usage patterns
• Email & Communication Tools: Handle inquiries and send service-related updates
• Analytics & Error Reporting: Collects aggregated crash logs and performance metrics

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

As RackteAlpha expands to other platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube), only publicly available or consent-based data will be processed in accordance with this Policy.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account and profile data are retained as long as you maintain an active account.
• Influencer insights and analytics data derived from public profiles may be stored for reporting and research purposes.
• You may request deletion of your account and related personal data at any time.
• Error logs and system data are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security.
